Ventice (Where We Began, In Rob's Garage)
The new band from England Peterborough at the moment we just 'jam' in our mates garage. we never get much done, however we have written a few songs, but we haven't had the chance to record the search and we are hoping to purchase a four track cassette recorder, at the moment i (scott, guitarist) am finishing off my any because we dont have any recording equipment but we are on four tracks that i have composed, although my lyrics aren't up to scratch im working on them, i am trying to create something new, we dont want to be the new metallica or nirvana as they are both or were both stupidly over rated and i would feel quite offended if we compared to them instead in would prefer to be compared to the vines or the strokes and funeral for a friend. this is the music i am trying to create a blend of The Strokes, The Vines, and Funeral For A Friend. in my progress i have (i think) got the catchy riffs of The Vines, i am wrking on some picky but quality riffs (bit like Funeral For A Friend) butits bloody hard i dont know how Kris Roberts thinks them up, he is some sort of guitaring genius, last but not leastn i am trying to get the melo riffs and solos of a mix of the vines and the strokes me and Paul are also wokring on some acoustic stuff and maytbe adding a bit of piano in there with a few solos from the electric.

Listing & Band Site Updates
This is where we are going to list all the site and band updates for example if we do any gigs (birhtday parties that would be the best we can do at the moment) also if we make any new songs. tabs wont be put on the site as they aren't copywrited and people could nick which would be a bit scabby so we will just give you the name of the song and maybe a verse of the lyrics. in the future i hope to upload some of our music onto my hard-drive so i can put them on the site for people to listen to so we can kind of promote the band. |

The Album (hopefully) And Recordings To Take Place
Ventice The Soon To Be Debut Album for the past few months, since october 2003 Ventice began construction of their first album (Thanks to the Influences) and the E.P. which if were lucky will hit the stores within the next 5- 10 years if we get accepted anywhere, so far i (scott) have written around 24 songs for the album and have mastered around twenty of them all they need now is the additoon of some drum tabs guitar 2 and the acoustic guitar riffs (thanks to my borther Gregory for the bass tabs in the production of both the album and the e.p. i have been working on the possible track listing for the album and the e.p. plus the first couple of singles are being planned mind you the singles are more discrete they are not certain. the current track listing for the album is: Album Name:- Amplified - Weatherman
